Project objectives:
The United States Agency for International Development’s Regional Program for Central America and Mexico will award a two-year Task Order under the EPIQ II IQC for the implementation of a program to support USAID/E-CAM’s U.S.-Central America-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR or the Agreement) environment and labor program.

A. Institutional Strengthening for Effective Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Laws
B. Improved Private Sector Environmental Performance
C. Alliances to Improve Labor and Environmental Standards
