Project objectives:
Poseidon prepared separate fisheries management plans for Service de Peche, French Polynesia, for the fisheries sector: Tuna long lining, coastal and lagoon.
The work centred on defining sustainability and ecosystem based goals and supporting institutional and allied stakeholder developments to implement these.
The plans are designed as practically structured support tolls which identify the roles of stakeholders and Result and Activity deliverables.
