Project objectives:
Full-assessment of two tuna fisheries in the Maldives to the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) standard for responsible fisheries. The assessment determined whether these fisheries are sustainable in accordance with the MSC principles and criteria.
Poseidon services provided:
Poseidon provided a lead fisheries assessor to conduct the assessment, and lead assessors for MSC principles 1 and 3.
