Project objectives:
Richard Banks, Advisor to PNA, was part of a team facilitating and preparing working papers in support of the PNA Compliance Committee. The papers are designed as an audit check for Parties as part of an external and internal review process for the implementation of the rules on the purse seine and longline VDS and the PNA Implementation Arrangements. This work was funded by the World Bank Programme.
