Project objectives:
Richad Banks, working as an advisor to PNA prepared the Program document for the role out of the PNA's e-monitoring system. The design framework highlighted the project scope, objectives and goals for a longline EM system; the proposed approach, institutional roles, e-monitoring equipment provision, data standards, financial sustainability and cosst recovery and Legal framework. The work was funded by the FAO / UNDP Global Environment Fund, and supported by the Nature Conservancy Council.
