Project objectives:
This assignment involved a review and editing of a 3 day Fisheries and Aquaculture Response to Emergency (FARE) training course and related materials, focusing on overall linkages, alignment and consistency. In addition, a short 2-hour training course was developed to highlight what can go wrong in a fishery and aquaculture emergency, how to go about response (best practice statement, indicators and guidance notes) and where to find additional information (e.g. FARE trainings, FAO Guidance on fisheries and aquaculture emergency response).
