Client: FAO RAP
Project Dates:
June 2005
- July 2005
Project objectives:
This project related to methods of mainstreaming co-management in Asia and the Pacific.
Poseidon services provided:
A background paper for a regional workshop was prepared. Case studies in 13 countries in the Asia-Pacific region were used to examine key policy and legislative issues, and a summary section of the paper presented key lessons learned and ideas about best practice for supportive policy and legislative frameworks for co-management.
Poseidon staff then presented the paper at the workshop in Cambodia, provided technical input, and assisted with facilitating the workshop and writing up the workshop report.
