Poseidon provided the fisheries technical speciaist and economist in support of a large scale tuna wharfage and cold storage facility in Lae, PNG. The work examined the opportunities and constrains for vessels supplying Lae based processors against competing value chain distribution to the Philippines and Thailand.The work was funded by IFC.
