North Wall Tender Brief Study

Project Dates: March 2004 - June 2004

Project objectives:
The study assessed possible sites for the relocation of fish merchanting and processing businesses currently located in the Kazbah area of Grimsby Docks.

Poseidon services provided:
It reviews current problems for businesses operating in the Kazbah area, and the motivating factors for relocation. These include both plans by ABP for re-development of the area, and the willingness and need for businesses themselves to move to more modern facilities that are served by better infrastructure and services.
