Project objectives:
As part of the preparation of a regional GEF project on fisheries and marine environmental management for the Bay of Bengal, formal and informal policy objectives and processes were reviewed in all countries so as to identify the best ways of mainstreaming lessons learned into policy in different countries.
Poseidon services provided:
Project activities were specified and costed for inclusion in the overall project preparation document. Additional inputs were provided into the preparation of components of the project related to a) institutional arrangements and b) lessons learned from fisheries and integrated coastal management.
