Torbay Seafood Park

Project objectives:
Torbay Development Agency was looking to add value to the fishing industry within Torbay and sought a team to investigate the potential for a locally sited Fish Processing Park. To further develop this project a detailed business plan was required that includes costs, timescale and feasibility.
