Project objectives:
Poseidon, working with MRAG, undertook a strategic assessment of the management and development options for the Pacific Melanesian countries (Fiji, Solomon Is, PNG and Vanuatu). The work focussed on fisheries management requirements and optimising rentals, trade, as well as reviewing onshore support investment requirements.
