Poseidon provided staff as part of team which conducted an implementation support mission to the Maldives for the TransFORM project (supporting improved fisheries governance and management in the South West Indian Occean, with a specific focus on the Maldives). Following a request by the Government, the mission team assessed the justification for restructuring aspects of the project, and necessary improvements to the results framework
