Application of EU evaluation criteria, in association of Segal, Quince, Wickstead, to proposed EU structural measures.

Poseidon / RBL was specifically responsible for the construction of the evaluation systems together with providing input into the socio economic implications for the application of structural measures in non Objective 1 areas of Scotland.
