Project objectives:
Evaluation of prospective fisheries agreement between the EU and the Solomon Is, FR Micronesia and Cook Islands.
The Evaluation examined economic development issues, fisheries stock assessment and environmental issues, conservation and management systems, national fisheries and the prospective costs and benefits of fisheries agreements with each prospective partner country.

The work was undertaken by Poseidon in association with GPA, for the evaluation consortium comprising Poseidon, Oceanic Developpement and Megapesca.
