Project objectives:
This study updates the MTR of UK FIFG expenditure conducted by Poseidon in 2003.
The study covers:
a review of the implementation of recommendations made in the 2003 mid term evaluation
an analysis of the impacts achieved to date and the likely achievement of objectives
conclusions on efficiency, effectiveness and impact and recommendations for the future
Poseidon services provided:
A Poseidon team conducted the review through a reappraisal of the applications and subsequent awards, combined with interviews with key administrators and stakeholders in Scotland, England and Wales.
