Project objectives:
The DFID-funded and FAO-executed programme supports activities in 25 countries in West Africa, with a budget of $30 million, through a process-based approach to poverty reduction and improvement of livelihoods in small-scale fishing communities.
Poseidon services provided:
Preparation of the Mid-Term Evaluation brief included modifications to standard FAO evaluation requirements so as to reflect the approach and ideas as evidenced in the SFLP.
